Was one my favorite Bearcats!

Unless you saw the guy play you just wouldn’t understand.
One game I think he scored 17 straight points- Maybe it was against South Alabama.

He approached the game like a professional. I saw him at summer league once. When he came into the gym, his approach, even for summer league was like a true professional.

I remember first seeing him play at Shoemaker....thought he was the best player we'd had since the mid 70's.

I was at school during FF. Went to the Final 4 in Minneapolis

Those were my favorite jerseys. Maybe it was because the team was so good but I just liked how they looked.

Terry Nelson used to really get inside memphis state's Penny Hardaway's head. Terry would probably get way with 2 fake charging fouls on Hardaway. The Final eight game was the best. Hardaway fouling out after at least 2 maybe 3 chargiing fouls thru nelson. Loved it.
