OL isn’t far behind...at least we’re putting points on the board. Can’t rely on Guadagni running all year...he’s going to end up taking too many hits at this rate. We need to get the oline going.

Yeah. Like Brent and Bruce commented in the broadcast--if not for the special teams TD's it would have been a different game. A quarterback that can run isn't exactly a new twist. That will be scouted and prepared for.

We put up a lot of points, though. No question about that. A win is a win. We're all just thinking ahead.

Did anyone see number 61 of Nevada smack Shakif in the face on our first offense play of the third quarter. Ourman is down on his back with guys on him and 61 reaches down and slams his hand into Shakifs face. I’m sure this crap happens a lot but I p!$$e$ me off

I think a running QB that can pass like Mitch can really open things in the running game up. I hope they do scheme for that. By having a QB that can run RPO's and zone reads that is dangerous enough to hurt teams makes them account for all eleven players on the field. A QB that doesn't run or can't run only makes the defense account for 10 players. This is why the 6'4'' QB's the had cannons are easy for college teams to neutralize. When teams move Safeties into the box you need to either throw over them or make them account for the QB.

Another no call 8:33 to go in the fourth. Nevada rb clearly grabs our guys facemask. He even slings our guy around and out of bounds. Bad the about it. The line judge is watching the whole thing right in front of him.
