Incredible how long he had been a smiling constant there. Only three deli/pub/restaurant people/faces I still remember from my undergrad days: George and his spouse/ex-spouse at George's, and Ronnie at Paul's.

Always got greeted with a Ronnie fistbump when it was time to order. Going to Paul's won't be the same. He will be missed.
