Wait til you see ours with this storm tonight. Unfortunately I think we WERE going to have a good crowd for Troy.

Of all the years.. I'm not sure I've see the attendance this bad.

Afterall.. GT/Clemson and the Braves winning the NL East today.. but still.. wow.

The FG endzone view was sobering. Two people in the entire camera shot

Pretty sure we have the same capacity, 25k. When you fill it up consistently comeback and try again with trash talk.

Oh right...I forgot we can't respond to unprovoked smack talk in our own game thread. Don't you guys have anywhere else to be today?

Did you guys have confirmation on how many injuries there were? Kinda puts a damper on this win IMO if it was that bad.

This is where I hate the ESPN+ broadcasts.. production values are a step up from previous years but there's just so little research being done..

Hopefully some of those injuries aren't so serious and you guys go on to make a bowl. You guys have some talent on offense, Ellington could be a handful but it doesn't seem like the decision making is always there. Caught some of that Memphis game and got the same impression. We're hoping that WMU is back in the MAC title hunt this year but I'm not sold on this coaching staff. Very nice looking stadium btw, it's cool what they did with old Turner Field.

I was just pointing out that we have the same capacity, that’s all. This is a sunbelt forum thread, not panthertalk or gsufans. Everyone can come and go as they please. EVERYONE needs to work on their trash talk game.

Thank you. Hope WMU stays healthy for a great season. As for us, the severity of these injuries remain secret to the public. I have no idea if any of these guys are even coming back this year

Well...I thought this game would finally give me a feel for how I can expect conference play to go for us. I'm now hoping for some combination of injuries keeping us down today, WMU being a top MAC team, and the late-season surges we've seen from previous Panther teams. We're just not looking very strong right now. Unfortunately...or maybe fortunately...I think the Belt is probably too good for us to pull a 5-3 record without getting a few seemingly stolen wins.

Well played game by the Broncos, btw.

I don't think anyone in the conference could stop them with basically the entire starting secondary out. WMU's good offensive team.

I did think you guys would do better on offense. Running game is a problem, but it wasn't great last year and you still got to a bowl game. Who knows.

Today's seemingly neutered secondary does give me hope that we can improve significantly in that area in conference play. I think we're going to have to see an increase in playmaking by our few offensive playmakers for that side of the ball to improve. The lack of running game means that simply solid outings from players like Ellington and Hart will probably result in a lot of offensive showings like today's.
