I agree.

A&M could have probably worst case gotten 3 out of that. So 23-28 worst case. 28-28 best. Get a stop and you would have had a chance to score for the win. Don't know 100% if it would have happened, but you weren't really given the chance. That was 100% fumbled out of bounds and Refs 100% bailed Clemson out.

Again, sorry you have to deal with that crap. Especially on your home field.

The reviewed plays in the Mississippi State / Kansas State game were just as crooked until State simply couldn't be denied. Reviews essentially enabled KState's field goal and took points away from State. The second half the refs toned it down.

Yeah but this was a little more rough. 2 minutes left in a 1 possession game. I get your point though, I just don't understand how this happens in games against 2 big programs. Clemson wasn't playing at home against Nobody State. (Not that, that is ok. Just making a point myself).

Just sickening.

Kentucky still up 21-16 after Florida misses a wide open receiver for the 2 point conversion.

Meanwhile in Ft. Collins, Arkansas is tied with Colorado State with 2 and change to go. Game is on CBS Sports.

Arkansas blows an 18 point lead at Colorado State and gives the SEC it's first embarrassing loss of the season. 34-27 after leading 27-9.

Pretty amazing collapse considering how poorly Colorado State has played this year.

Florida State has finally gone ahead of Samford with 4 minutes to go in the game.

Game can be found on Watch ESPN if you're interested.

Michigan St - Arizona St is not fun to watch. Boise St has begun playing 3rd stringers against Connecticut. Not much on.

True, but BYU and Cal seems decent so far.

Quite frankly, outside of the a handful of made for TV contests the first two weeks have been horribly boring. I think adding to the tedium are a lot of lousy announcers who continue to talk about every damned thing under the sun but the game and these 1/3rd screen shots of the talking heads over talking the actual game on the other 2/3rds of the screen is simply intolerable. I miss what flags were about, I don't get the replays I want that I used to get, and they don't tell me anything about the game I'm watching.

Instead I get upcoming network programming promos, human interest stories about humans I'm not interested in, and hear what the schmucks calling the games had to eat or what they want to eat, or what they think of the celebrity in the stands who's image is preventing me from watching the game I tuned into see. And what's more if I'm watching a college football game I don't want it interrupted with a side story about a no hitter in a baseball game I'm not watching, especially when the no hitter got jinxed by their notice anyway.

I hate ESPN. Just show me the game I tuned into to see. Have something relevant to say about that game. And tell me some obscure statistic if you have to keep running your mouth Mr. announcer! Is that really too much to ask for my monthly cable bill???

I wish I could forget the Vols performance last week as quickly as you can.

Well, WVU was ranked. Most of us didn't expect much of Tennessee this year so it wasn't embarrassing to the conference for them to lose to a ranked team. Arkansas losing to Colorado State by blowing an 18 point lead in the second half? That's another matter.

BTW: Lost in the midst of the day is the fact that Missouri had another very SEC like win over a very good Wyoming defense.

Week 2 Thoughts:

Top 25 -
Still good, no additional thoughts: Alabama, Ohio St, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Auburn, Washington, LSU, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Mississippi St, Oregon
Either Texas A&M is for real or Clemson is not.
Either Georgia is going to have a dominant year or South Carolina was given way too much credit.
Notre Dame...a win is a win...but what happened?
Not convinced about Stanford yet. USC doing what USC does.
Penn St, Michigan, and Miami looked a lot better this week. Not ready to give a lot of credit.
Boise St or Central Florida is still the question
Bye-bye, Michigan St and Florida (good win, Kentucky!).

Non-top 25 -
Good wins, Kansas and Eastern Michigan!
Houston, South Florida, and Duke...perhaps keep an eye on y'all.
Florida St and Mississippi giving the ACC and SEC reason to stress.
Arkansas...oh geez...
Texas beat Tulsa. By 7...

There goes any chance at landing in a bowl game.

Knew things were bad when the backup QB came in and got things rolling. Went to bed in the third quarter , too soon.

Don’t worry, we’re only in year 7 of a rebuild.

Saturday Liquor sales in Arkansas will be at another all time high in the natural state again this year.

Just got home from spending the weekend at my parents house in Houston. I was impressed with A&M and even more impressed with the crowd Clemson brought to College Station.

I feel your pain. Kliff Kingsbury is hardcore Tech but has been subpar as a HC.
