I could be wrong but every team in the SBC may have been there at one time or another (exception maybe...Troy & App). We are all I-AA move ups except the Cajuns...and usually you get put in there by default your first year or two.

I think the only reason we aren’t in the bottom 10 right now and Coastal is is because he doesn’t want us to yell at him again even though now we actually deserve it.

Well technically you are right but Astate moved up from College Division (now roughly equivalent to D-II) to Division 1 in 75 and went 11-0 in 1975. UAF was one of the schools that didn’t like that too much and helped lead the power schools to create 1-AA for schools that did not meet certain standards. Astate & Louisiana were D-I and Astate held on a year longer than most but were eventually forced down in 1982 into the new I-AA while Louisiana (formerly USL) remained in I-A.

Astate moved back up I-A in 1992.

App was in the bottom 10 in our first year. Probably after the loss to Li...Lib...I can't even say it but yeah. We made the list once.
