RE: NU baseball players in pro ball
Civale got back in the win column Wednesday night at Detroit (2-3)..,

His final line: 7 IP, 6 H, 2 ER, 5 Ks, 1 HR

He becomes the 10th Major League pitcher (and first for the Indians) since at least 1908 to toss at least 5 2/3 innings and allow 2 runs or fewer in each of their first 6 career appearances as a starter.

Impressive to say the least.

Max Burt has been promoted to Scranton/Wilkes Barre, the Yankees Triple-A club.

One step from the majors. Congrats!

Civale starting Game 5 in the Bronx for the Guardindians tonight. A very tall order.

Looks like Civale will still start game 5. Looking forward to watching this one, hoping he can have a quality start in a big spot.

RE: NU baseball players in pro ball
Civale in his last 2 regular season starts against the Yanks... was 0-2, 9 IP, 12 H, 10 R, 3 HR.

So it was a tough matchup. He'll be better from this experience.
