As long as upper tier P5 programs can avoid the better G5 programs with no penalty to their standing, they will continue to favor The Citadel and its equals over Boise State and its peers. Very rarely do such P5 teams play a G5 team at the latter's home stadium. In the past decade, such games could probably be counted on one hand.
