Troy probably has the best situation out of them, A-State, and App for getting ranked early.

Ark State is going to lose week 2 to Alabama.

App is likely going to lose week 1 to Penn State.

Troy at least plays a ranked G5 team week 1 and then has FAMU week 2. If they can beat Boise and Nebraska and start 3-0 I see no reason why they couldn't be ranked and 9-0 before we beat them November 10th.

(all kidding aside)

Troy's got the best shot out of the group to get ranked again this season. Unless miracle happens in week 1 or 2 with the other teams.

This is very true. We will be 3-0, 2-1, or 1-2 after week 3. That does not mean to dismiss FAMU but the chance of one of those 3 records is about 99.9%. Troy can still have a great year if we are 2-1 and even a good year if 1-2. However, momentum is everything to young men this age and to old men fans my age.

All we have to do is overcome our OOC bugaboo. Week one shouldn't be an issue. Week 2 will be a challenge but I think we can manage.
