Volleyball easily defeats UH, 25-16, 25-15, 25-23.

Next up soccer at 7:00.

UT dominating all aspects of the game. If there's a plan, maybe we'll see some evidence of it in the 2nd half.

22 minutes to go, still 2-0 UT. Defense is ok, but there's no offense. Kicking the ball a long way and hoping someone is there and doesn't get called offsides is not a plan.

Now one of the light towers just went dark. No scoreboard and a quarter of the lights aren't working.

3-0 final.

It's going to be a long season if the offense doesn't start working together in coordinated fashion. Relying on solo fast breaks and long shots isn't going to get it done.

I get the sense our soccer team is going to take a step back (also basing that opinion on the two exhibition scores). We lost some really good seniors last year.

Volleyball should be decent. The freshman hitter from Houston (Summer Creek I think?) had good stats in her first match. No Waggoner in the boxscore so I wonder if she's hurt?

I see McKay didn't play much.

Waggoner was on the sideline wearing a warmup jacket. No obvious injury, so I assume it was something minor.
