ULM building backfield of SEC talent
If ULM can really get the running game going this year with these backs and Evans, offense can be even better.

We just got him something last week. Something didn’t work out at Ole Miss. Our WR coach has Miss JUCO ties that helped out with him.

Yes John. He is that good. He can play 3 seasons in two years. Lol. FYI he looked REALLY good at the scrimmage today.

So with all the SEC talent we keep ending up with in this conference how come we can't consistently beat the SEC teams we play? Asking for a friend.

(VERY much including stAte in that comment)

Pretty simple 2-4 SEC guys on a team vs 85 SEC guys. I hope this wasn’t a serious question.

It wasn't. Just tired of talking football and not watching it.

We need to roll up some OOC scores this year. This conference is getting better every year. We need to break out.

Some teams get better every year, yes. But some get worse. As a conference, we were emphatically bad last season.

The good news is we made some solid hires during the off season. Just can't have some programs backslide when everyone else is getting better.

Overall, I maintain we keep getting better. I can remember days when we didn't even argue we were as good or better than some other conferences. Long term, we are better. I like seeing other teams getting good recruits. So long as they don't beat us.

There were years we were fighting to get 2 teams bowl eligible, now we are in the fight to be the top G5 conference in bowl victories. Funny thing is that, as a whole, we are pretty darn competitive within the conference so we end up with quite a few teams with 3-4 losses in conference, which kills us
