One of the problems with the Blacks being 90% one party and districts drawn to elect Black politicians. There's no check and balance, so they get entrenched in office and are overwhelmingly corrupt, whether they start that way or not.

Doesn't matter. The money wasn't from Russians. I know I know stay on subject.

MW’s district is about 20% black. If a strong Latino candidate ran, she would be in a tight spot.

My guess is, she wins this year and again in 2020, then retires after the next redistricting in 2021-22.
