I just filed a resolution with @Jim_Jordan and several colleagues to impeach Rod Rosenstein. The DOJ has continued to hide information from Congress and repeatedly obstructed oversight--even defying multiple Congressional subpoenas. We have had enough.

It has little chance of passing the House, and absolutely no chance of passing the Senate but it sends a shot across Rosenstein's bow.

How does the Impeachment process work for an official of Rosenstein's stature?

If it passes the House does he have trial in the Senate?

My logic is that if it passes the House the President would have enough justification to remove him regardless of any Senate action.

I'm guessing people outside the Freedom Caucus don't think its politically beneficial. But what the FBI has done to hide information is inexcusable.

More wasting of your tax dollars. This is going nowhere. The whole of the House wants little to do with this and the Senate wants it even less.

ain' that the truth.....I really don't understand why he is still in that position.....I said it a 1.5 yrs ago.....I stand by that today.....
