RE: Vasa
I thought he would be out longer. By missing 6 games, if he doesn't miss any more he will play in over 75 percent to qualify for statistics by the end of the season. He had 16 points, 3 rebounds, 7 assists, and 6 turnovers. You won 64-59. St. Bonaventure made only 2 two-pointers in the first half. You showed depth with 8 players playing at least 14 minutes and 10 players playing at least 6 minutes. That's with Occeus out and Boursiquot missing the season.

You should win at Drexel and Delaware and have a big trip to Hofstra on January 5. Last season Hofstra and you won away.

RE: Vasa
It seemed like he shook off the rust (both shooting and turnovers) pretty quickly. We're a different team with him in there. And, yes, we are now deeper. That was the silver lining in our early injury cloud. All the extra minutes Strong got is paying off.

RE: Vasa
One person missing vs the Bonnie’s was Shawn Occeus.

Heres’s why ...

Per twitter (Steve Hewitt from the Herald)... Northeastern coach Bill Coen said Shawn Occeus is taking a temporary leave to attend to some personal matters back home. Said he hopes he'll be back after Christmas.
