Like for example he could have said we have staff equipped to handle kids with down syndrome. While the entire story may have been fake the man's reaction was real and it was uncalled for.

This thread is about every sob story that the alt-left has attempted to use for political gain being fake, not Lewandowski's reaction, but you have to consider the possibility that he may have known the story was fake when he reacted that way.

When you know that zac "meth head" petkansas is attempting to use a fake news story to manipulate your emotions for political gain, Lewandowski's reaction makes a lot more sense.
