You can self-identify as anything you want, but it does not make a man a woman or a practising homosexual a follower of Christ.

This is also an obvious example of there being a pre trib rapture. God does not judge the righteous with the wicked, which was the entire point of Gods discussion with Abraham. Those who already have salvation through His blood (before the tribulation begins) will not enter the great tribulation.
