Liberty took down Lipscomb in WSoccer today 2-1 in overtime. That’s what rivalries are made of.

Great news! Really need that "L" trophy that was mentioned earlier in the thread.

Think I am coming to the conclusion early on that Lipscomb and FGCU will be the rivals for Liberty.

An “L” trophy sounds great for games with Lipscomb.
An “Eagle” trophy works for FGCU.

Ha! The thing we get made fun of the most is that we actually have a high school (Lipscomb Academy) on our college campus due to the original charter. They come over to the student center after school lets out and think they own the place! Saying our logo looks like a high school team isn't that far off in the grand scheme of things. However, our high school just landed Trent Dilfer as the head football coach!
