Yep.

Not making a good case to be an expansion candidate.

I highly doubt they care much about attendance. They added Tulane and SMU

That was then. This is now. SMU killing us in attendance right now and Tulane’s draw is the city. If anyone thinks what we are drawing is acceptable we have a longer way to go than I thought in becoming a big time program.

Tulane and SMU was invited because of market. Tulane' president was also active in leading the protest against realignment, so they shut him up.

The invitation of Tulane was one of the final straws that pushed the Big East schools to break off though, so the AAC screwed up there.

UAB students nor its employees are attending games...UAB the largest employer in this region cannot get family to the game..UAB must do a better job of turning ownership of these teams and facilities to the family..The lack of students who are on campus in game day is terrible.

Has student attendance always been bad? When I was at Auburn I was one of the 5 others that went to every home game. I heard kids had to get there 2-3 hours early this season just to get a seat. Point being that lots of students are bandwaggoners that will show up to support a winner.

You should have seen student attendance at the BJCC. If it wasn't Auburn or Depaul, the section was empty.
