2 of the 3 hotels are already built. Construction should start soon on the Grand Hyatt. I saw them moving dirt today.

There is another hotel project right now at 3rd and Jefferson. Union Row should start construction soon. Also, it looks like they have started construction on the $50 Million Dream hotel at the old Jolly Royal building.
