I don’t know any local Atlantans that go there and for most visitors, it’s a one and done.

Same people who say Hotlanta

They stay busy, I'm pretty sure a fair number of Tech students take the short walk across 75.

I'll eat there occassionally, though haven't in some time(though I do live in the burbs), while Atlanta United was playing at Bobby Dodd, much of the tailgating happened in the parking lot just north of the Varsity and whike I tailgated there at least six times during that nine game stint at BDS, I didn't ever get food there, something about Varsity food before a two hour soccer game never seemed too wise.

There is more than one location (though the main one on North Ave is the biggie, they have Athens, GA, Gwinnett, and across from N GA premium in Dawsonville). Many office workers go there for lunch during the week. They're a bit pricey for am hot dog, buit the food is "good' greasy spoon. Frosted Orange, a couple of chili dogs and rings. Can't beat it for what it is. What'll'ya'have?

Have never seen many office workers. 90% tourists or visitors for the day. I go like once a year. Too many hamburger places right around them in Midtown.

They've closed a few locations too, pretty sure Kennesaw near Town Center Mall and Alpharetta up around Northside Hospital both closed.
