Tech had a good turnout. It’s only been the day after Christmas three times Tech vs Illinois (31,297), USM vs Washington (20,229), and Utah vs. West Virginia (20,507). It did better when it was a New Year’s Day game though.

+1. I wish I knew how we lost New Year's Day as our date for this game.
