I don't think Troy has any worries in the matter. Anxious to see if Appalachian State has a decent defense. Also anxious to see is Appalachian State has a decent offense.

The defense was down to playing walk-ons by the end of the year. True Freshmen and RS Freshmen were taking a lot of the snaps and even playing the bottom of the Berry recruiting classes. If the defense can just stay healthy, it should be able to improve to mediocre!! LOL

Truth be told, our LBs should be solid and the DL should be improved as Hussman improved over the year and will be bigger. We will actually get bigger and faster at DE. Got both starting Safeties back with depth and Marbles and Straughter (CBs) got a ton of playing time as true Freshmen. If the JUCO DBs we signed this year can play decent, we should cut down on the shoot outs.

What's the story on White?

injury prone at ASU but Norvell recruited him there...the hope is he'll stay healthy for a couple seasons because the kid has the skills.
