Guy is experienced and will not be counted on to recruit...Who gives a damn if he has never coached the college game before if he aint gonna be counted on to recruit.

He coached levels higher than college so he has the knowledge needed to coach college.

Pace of play is also a silly argument...The team will play the style the head coach sees fit.

If any coach does not respect the chain of command it is a bad fit.

Because if you are going to speak out as if shoe affiliation for potential staff members is a big deal, then you should know which potential staff members are affiliated with which companies. If you don't care enough to know Miller was adidas, that's perfectly normal. But don't try to make a deal out of other hires' affiliations.

Also, it's common sense. There were 3 major AAU orgs based out of Memphis -
Penny, Miller, Thad. We all know Penny was Nike. Do you honestly think either of the others are going to also be Nike? For future reference, Thad is UA.
