I agree about his pitch. The passion is there. The belief is there. It seems that this staff is 100% convinced that they can, and will, win a championship. This is fun!

Tough to argue with his sales pitch. And it didn't feel like a sales pitch at all, just seemed like a common sense approach. The staff clearly has it down to a science at this point.

Man we are fortunate to have him! We better cherish him now cause in a couple years he will be sought after for a head coach position especially with his recruiting ties.
