I figure that Walker wants to announce his staff as a group, and there is nothing wrong with that. But I certainly hope he has one of two of them on campus and working on recruiting. Every day that goes by limits the opportunities.

IMHO, one absolute essential for his staff is to have at least one assistant with substantial D1 coaching experience. Walker has plenty of basketball knowledge, but I just would not feel comfortable about the situation if we didn't have a little bit of D1 background on the staff.

I agree 100% on needing a coach with DI experience on his staff. I've got to believe he has assembled, at least, a partial staff but I sure would like the hear something.
