I posted a week ago about what goes into putting a F4 roster together. It’s a spreadsheet type thing unless everyone involved has photographic memory. It’s defining roles, identifying recruits and backup recruits, it’s projecting transfers these days, and building the roster by year; all the while knowing your plan will not work out but you do your best to recruit to your system and players. It’s a joint effort with the head coach saying this is what I want to do and your DOBO putting it on paper.

We have a decent core but, depending on style of play, are really short on mobile bigs. I’m sure that’s why you see Penny looking at role players. You ain’t winning anything with all 5 star players.

It’s not funny at all. Put 12-13 five stars on same team for a year and you will have a train wreck. How can you be so oblivious to that fact?. Obviously 2-4 would work. I wouldn’t even post about that.

It is such a ridiculous statement...

The reason teams don't win that are full of 5 stars is because they are mostly freshmen not because there will be issues especially with a good coach.
