Changes in the Athletic Dept
I saw recently that Matt Geiss just left our dept. I wish him well I think he did a great job. But like Joel I think this department has gotten stale and I hope we can find a replacement from a qualified person that isn’t already in the dept. hopefully somebody that is basketball centric. Sarcastically I hope Joel doesn’t hire his daughter after her one year internship.

Sat with Matt and his wife for a basketball game this year-quality homegrown KSU guy-seemed to connect well with all the fans in the chairback seats- much more than Joel- wish him the best! Any news where he was headed??

Seems very interesting that there is so much turnover in the department. Not sure why nobody wants to work for such a great guy in Joel.
