He basically won us the game with that play.

What a game that one was. The ref blew the whistle and started waving his arms right as Trey picked the ball up. UCF still should have tackled him but i'll never forget the controversial call.

One time that referee incompetence actually helped us? Calling the play dead would have been the wrong call. UCF was just really dumb on their punt coverage.

Yeah but the ref did blow the whistle calling the play dead. It was bad coverage but the play should have never happened if it was the wrong call or not
So you're mad that UCF didn't get to win a championship by screwing Tulsa over with a bad call?

Sour grapes.

While it was disappointing that UCF lost that game I like where we are now six years later. That said, just an unfortunate contribution towards the Knights loss. As was evidenced in the NCAA BB Tournament, things happen and there sometimes isn't a rhyme or reason why...

29-37, 480 yards
13 rushes for 75 yards
3 total TDs and no turnovers

That was the first UC game that had attended since the 1980's. I bought season tickets the next year.

2008 ECU defense...

Held #8 WVU led by Pat White & Noel Devine to 3 points in a 24-3 arse-whooping.
