New NCAA transfer proposal

Academic fraud used to be coaches getting teachers to change athletes grades to keep them eligible. Now, coaches will be trying to keep players grades below 3.0 so that can't transfer without sitting out a year.

It is an honorary title bestowed on people kind of like being the king of England. For some reason the NCAA feels like they need one, but nobody has even seen him do anything outside of a speech or shaking hands at appearances.
