This should be a great hire, and something BG badly needed. When you go team by team through the list of MAC women's coaches, almost every team has a really good ( maybe great in some cases) coach with a great resume. Maybe the league can maintain the high level of competition we had this year.

A great hire, but one must keep in mind that Lance Leipold hasn't exactly set the world on fire with UB football. Then again, that was DIII, every coach and school is different of course.

BG may win 25 games next year and make it to the Sweet 16 and it wouldn’t be shocking to me at all. You’ve got the next Pat Summit or Geno in my opinion. I’m jealous...
