The interwebs can be a terrible place as some of the comments on his decision (from Memphis fans) are deplorable. I understand it is usually just a small minority of fans who feel the need to comment just so they can feel like their voice matters, but it is still sad. The kid made a choice, the Bball and academic environment between Tulane and Memphis are very different, just respect his decision and move on.

Agreed. Hopefully the comments I saw were from kids. Not that it makes them any better or using it as an excuse, but I'd hate to think grown men would say that type of stuff to a young guy making a huge decision like this. Best of luck to him, I think he's going to be very good and is super underrated. Excuse some of our fans.
