It means business as usual. Strong Oil and Gas connections and experience, his father had strong ties to Colorado, and he is thought to be a great press the flesh guy for soliciting donors. My feel is he will be much more in touch with the donors than Boren was. So I think if you are looking for a sign out of this that it will be a lean toward extending the GOR and staying with the Big 12.
