(Although it will be hard to get much lower than their 16-seed loss this past March.)

Virginia replaces Memphis. We were suppose to play Memphis this year but Hardaway cancelled that game as one of the 1st things he done when he got the HC gig there. Don't guess he wanted to play a team that beat Wichita State when Memphis was embarrassed by 20 against WSU 85-65.

Also looks like the Gonzaga and Washington State games have been moved to another year, not to sure what year though.

As of right now Marshall will have:

at Texas AM
at Maryland (Part of the Global Invitational, Marshall will get 3 home games)
at Ohio
at Duquesne (1st game of a 4 game H/H series)

I'm sure there are a few others I'm just not thinking of right now. I would love to get some regional schools that usually are in at least the top 125 in RPI. Another series with Akron or a series with Kent State, get ETSU and UTC back on the schedule along with Murray State or Belmont.

Texas AM confirmed by ESPNs John Rothstein

Also being said that the Virginia Game will be on New Years Eve, Dec 31,2018. Also we do have a return game from William and Mary I forgot to mention.

Looks like the other 3 schools in the GI will be Hofstra, Mt Saint Mary's and Delaware State. The Hofstra and Mt Saint Mary's games I don't mind but I think they could have found someone other than Delaware State who won a whopping 4 games last year. But then again Tom Herrion found a way to lose to them 53-51 in 2013. Yet this is far from a Herrion led team or roster.

Its been roumored Delaware State has been replaced by North Carolina A&T. A 4 gamer winner vs a 20 game winner last year no doubt an upgrade.

That one might sting a lil for Charlotte, but I really don't see White fitting in with the new coach who is a branch off of the Tony Bennett tree at UVA.

What am I missing folks? I read on a lot of different forums that WKU is or should be cofavorites with MU this upcoming season. I admittedly do not follow recruiting as hard as the actual games, but isn’t WKU gonna be decimated by their personnel losses-Justin Johnson, Colby, Thompson, Bearden? I really thought WKU was the most talented team last year. Do people think Stansbury can replace that kinda talent this year?

Mostly due to the recruits we have coming in and especially if we get Bassey who is rated 5 star recruit. I believe he is ranked number 3 in the nation.

WKU could be very good this year and could be a very tough out for us.

Bearden is coming back for senior season...We have a SG who sat out transfer Savage who is a really good shooter, something missing from last seasons team...WKU fans in the know insist we are getting Bassey who is 3rd ranked player nationally, not sure I believe that but we will see....If we get him that will more than make up loss of Coleby.....Losing Justin will hurt but we will have a lot of depth and a lot of bodies we can play next season down low, all have height and long wingspans....Another off season for Hollingsworth to improve his game and many expect Josh Anderson to take a huge step from freshmen to sophomore season...He has more talent than anyone on our team and he showed it in flashes last season.....It may take awhile for our team to come together but last season showed something but having only 1 guy returning and almost playing tough from Day 1....This off season we have a lot more depth and players returning then we did last year...
