TXST and Rupp has done that to USA. Game 1 this year went 13 innings. Rupp and Brown basically pitched two games in one. With two outs in the bottom of the 13th, TXST drew two walks and hit a double to win the game 1-0.

USA knocked Rupp out of the game in the second inning of game 3 and lead 5-2 after 5. Then USA imploded in the 6th inning and we lost 9-6. Go back over Rupp’s 4 year career and she has owned us. Bye Rupp, you will not be missed! Except in OOC games especially against the Longhorns! :)

I hate that we couldn’t take one from you guys. Two 1 run losses and one of those in extra innings. South Alabama in 2013 was the last conference series you lost? That’s dang impressive!

I guess it's fitting we slowed her down slightly only getting 11 in two games. It's one of those that I would wish her success but really thought highly of Brook Mitchell who I thought was an exceptional pitcher (and we've had a few AA pitchers).

And they made the Club World Series Again. Undefeated through Regionals, completely unchallenged, winning games by a 7-8 run average as usual

Now can they win another National Title? That's a much tougher ask. James Madison will be out for blood.

My gosh, we lost 2 games to Troy this weekend, 4-3 (in extras) and 1-0. Salvaged 1 game, 4-0. Rupp only got 10Ks in 2 outings with 3 games to go.

No - always ran into the UT buzz-saw. Even last year, at A&M, they got done in by UT.
