Wow, really starting to look like a finished project at this point. Impressive.
Has anyone heard if the national and conference championship banners will be replaced with new ones? I'm curious if they'll redesign those to meet space requirements or just to make them more dynamic in this new environment. Finding the proper location for those is a good problem to have. A "problem" they certainly don't have across town.

I suspect the banners are one of the surprises they are keeping under wraps until the arena opens

Personally, I'd kinda like to see them hang from the rafters. Conferences titles etc on one side, NC and final fours on the other side.

I would agree--let's showcase those.
I'm always amused watching a televised game when they take the obligatory camera shot up in the rafters and the school has five separate banners for its all-time "NCAA Participation" and a handful of conference championships. If UC hung those individually the rafters would be full. Our National Championship and Final Four banners should be prominent for those camera shots in every nationally televised game. Tradition lives here and that message needs to be repeated regularly.

I say we hang that blue blob from Xavier from the rafters.

Does anyone know if any of the seats are bench seats and if so where they are located??? Any idea when mini-packs or single game tickets will go on sale?

Wondering the same thing about the mini-plans. My guess is they're hoping they don't have to sell those this year if they can fill the place with full season tickets. A sellout before the season begins would be great for the program, but I don't expect it.
It would suggest that fewer mini-plans will be available and it will be a short window for purchasing those. Regarding bench seats, I was surprised when I learned that some will remain. Those may indeed be the only seats available if and when mini-plans go on sale.
This should be the season when UC home attendance is higher than X for the first time in a long time.
I don't remember when they went on sale last year but it was kind of late considering season ticket sales were up and we were playing in a 9,000 seat arena. I'd expect miniplans to be sold late again and sell extremely quickly due to the marquee games plus new arena.

To add to what OKIcat said, the bench/bleacher seats will only be in the upper portions of the upper bowl.. something like the last 5 or 6 rows

Wow! Absolutely exciting news. The food and beverage options are going to be great. Nice to see partnerships with the local business community. I think an email to Bohn is warranted.
