Get some 2X 4's and wooden stakes. Brace it up. Might help.COGS Hope you have a grad assistant to bring in errant football's. Seriously it looks like it wouldn't take much to enclose it.

The same contractor responsible for the "inadequate bracing" got the nod to give it another whirl? I just don't get it?

General contractor is the same; not sure the sub-contractor is the same.

Without that full enclosure 'd be concerned with heavy wind gusts getting in and up/under that exposed roof and creating a huge amount of lift...

It's not like mobile is a prime location for hurricanes.

I do worry about the winds coming underneath and taking off with it. I am for enclosing it.

So it is open? I hoped it was roll up doors.

That field is going to be pigeon/bird poop central.

Ours is enclosed with roll up doors. USA fans should come by and take a look.

This is really a test run. If they’re successful in getting the JTC (official name of the open air facility) completed without a glitch, they might just construct an OCS. 02-13-banana

You folks up there in the north need doors to protect your athletes from blizzards and tornadoes. Here in the Deep South, not so much.07-coffee3

No worries. The new design has a top that works like a venetian blind. It is motorized to open when the wind pressure is too high so that no damage from the wind pressure occurs. It has the added benefit of letting sun light in during cold weather when winter sports use it for practice.
