Nevermind, it just came on for me. Hope the video and sound work throughout the game.
Go Lopes!

Yeah, started working. It's a really bad broadcast, but I'm just happy to be able to watch the game. I don't understand why they would do anything other than feed Lever down low. They can't stop him. He's looking bellisimo baby!

Yeah, Lever should go for 30+ tonight. They do not have anyone who can stop him.

It was a very dominant first half. You’re right; feeding the post is the way to win this game, as they have no answer for Lever. It’s funny... I think after Blumbergs had a career best in the last game, Alesandro has some extra motivation to maintain his starting position.

Saw very little of Jackson and Martin. I honestly think they’re underutilized. And, when’s the last time we have seen Kerwin Smith?!? I think he’s been lumped in with the guys who you only see if we are up 35 points with a minute to go. Last time he got some minutes he looked sluggish and committed two fouls in less than two minutes.

Kerwin Smith sighting at about the 1:30 mark. Looks like he is relegated to the end of the bench.

So Jackson and Martin both had some minutes, but unfortunately they didn’t have a lot to show for it in terms of points. With fewer minutes, they have less time to get into a rhythm.

How about Mr Lever!?! 28 points. And, this is the second game in a row where Braun scored 20 or more. Someone’s waking up!!

Excited about Josh and if Lever and Blumbergs can alternate big games then I am fine with that as well.
Majerle really laid into Benson, Martin and Jackson on his 1580 AM radio interview. Sounds like they are in Dan's doghouse right now.

Uh oh... what did Thunder Dan say? Basic frustration with lack of production? Not playing to potential? I think Benson is the most disappointing, yet he keeps starting. I do think Martin is struggling, and Jackson hasn’t quite hit his stride after the string of surgeries on his back. No one plays with more passion than Gerard, so I hope it comes together for him. He was never a big scorer, but always used defense to bring value and help the team.

Dan said Frayer was the best defender now. Talk about a bad game tonight... zero points. Not sure what was going on there.

Coach just speaking facts. Probably all things you've thought to yourself watching this team.

Dan did praise Frayer for his defense on Fred Sims (who had only 2 points) but felt he needed to hit the offensive glass more.
He said Gerard needs to stop shooting 3s. He said there is a reason teams are leaving him open. He was also upset at his poor decision making that led to some turnovers. Said Matt is too hesitant out there, and that Casey is just not playing well and hasn't played well all season.

Agreed about Casey. But, Dan has always told his guys to take the open shots. I guess that tune is changing now based on not making enough of them. Matt probably is hesitant, but one mistake and he’s yanked out at the next dead ball. So, he’s likely trying to avoid mistakes in limited minutes. There’s a lot of talent for people like Benson who aren’t performing to keep getting the minutes.

RE: Lopes @ CSU
Box score for the game shows attendance was only 423. Based on views of the crowd I'd bet at least 200 of those were GCU fans.
