I'll be honest.....and I've been torn over this one during my existence and having read and comprehending the gist of 1984......oh yeah, and smoke the herbage in the bible belt (even they figured out to decriminalize under the wizard of .oz)

this is a temporal thingy that has to occur based on the dangers to those that have vs. those that do not.....

edit: to add...does a major, transparent agency need to be formed.......that may be moving forward....

as the wealth gap widens, the 'want' to obtain through illicit means can only increase.....

the concern should be when true encryption hides all of it.....
