UTEP's former coach, Tim Floyd, quit earlier this season due to their bad start. He was the Bulls' coach when Jordan retired after the '98 season, the Hornets' coach in New Orleans in '03-'04, and the head coach at Southern Cal after those NBA gigs. He's coached at 3 other colleges, including Iowa State.
He's 63, so he could resurface.
