Thank God this season is over!! We have to find a QB, whether it's Skipper or a Juco or whatever.........Monty has some work on his hands. I don't know if you can make President a passer, it maybe a little late for that but make him a running back or a wide receiver if he can't be a QB. We are never going to have a shut down defense so we have to score a lot of points and you can't do that running the ball 95% of the time. Some how we have to get some players who can tackle and not just go through the motions. We may never have a great defense but we can do better than this year!!!

I agree with everything you said. Not really much to add there.

I am curious...any know how many, if any, medical redshirts we may get on guys this year. I lost count on how many were lost for the year. Here's who I can think of who will or maybe could get one:

Keanu Hill?
Jordan Mitchell
Manny Bunch?
Corey Taylor
Shamari Brooks (probably unlikely)
Kolten Shindelar (hadn't seen him playing)

That's a lot.

Doubt President will ever be a decent passer. He just hasn't shown he has the arm for it. Unless Skipper step's up quickly Monty will probably will need to find someone else to be QB. As said Tulsa seldom has shut down a defense. Tulsa must have a decent passing game or see the same thing happen as last season.

I have heard president doesn't want to make the position change. He has the physical ability but it seems his natural mechanics are bad and probably to ingrained to over come. I would like to see us use him as a slash type player or how Reggie Bush was used. Half receiver half running back. Let him run the wild cat as qb. Making him so versatile will help him and the team. It also men's if skipper goes down we have a back up qb engaged and with a base package already set.

The freshman who enrolled early has shown some good signs from what I have heard.

Presidents mechanics are a problem for him. Other wise he has most the needed tools for a QB.
