Likely a close loss - no matter who wins.

RE: Georgia State vs App State Game
App historically is a slow starter off a bye week and this entire year we've spotted team 10-21 points. A start like that would be extremely tough hill to climb against an improved GA St. team that I know SE will have motivated for two straight weeks.

GA St. covers.

RE: Georgia State vs App State Game
As always, anything can happen in any Belt game again this year. It's great for everyone that this game holds some real significance this year. I would be more confident if the game were at The Rock (with a little snow and high winds). It looks like a beautiful 60 degree day ahead so little help from Mother Nature. Elliott knows the App program and tendencies better than anyone so I expect a close game. I look forward to playing in the new/old stadium for the first time and expect a good turnout of App fans. Here's hoping App can put 4 quarters together for once.

I'd like a win, but I would settle for making a game out of it for once.

Has GSU scored a TD on app yet? I cant remember last year, because my mind has blocked all of 2016 college football from my memory.

After 3 games the score is 98-6.

I expect a closer game this weekend.

App has a horrendous record against the spread this season. Whatever the spread is, bet under.

Not sure that this is the same App program that Elliot left. Likely won't play a part in how well his staff is able to game plan in this one.

I'm not sure Elliott knows more about our team than anyone else. Our offense is much different than the one JM ran and the defense is totally different.

Definitely not the same program, but you got to think Satt and Elliott are both able to better prepare for this game than most due to their long history.

Elliot & Scott aren't nearly as close as they used to be.

I'm not as close to some of my friends from 10 to 15 years ago, but I still know what makes them tick. I think they will both be able to use a little of this insight.

Panthers, there will be a whole lot of App St fans at this one. It will be loud when your team has the football....

Moore is a go, so is Stringer at LB.
