Trump still Tweeting his attacks against the congresswoman who is basically part of the extended family as being a godmother of the soldier. He was Tweeting at the same time as the funeral service. Sadly, I just wish he just stop. He is just hurting that family of the soldier even more with his Tweets attacking.

Trump hates soldiers. That's why he didn't want to become one. They are beneath him.

I believe that's called Libel. You're prescribing thought, intention, and motive to a person without proof; to try to injure his reputation or expose him to contempt or ridicule.

You're first sentence could be taken as a personal opinion of your own, and that's fine. You're second however, is a statement as to the motivations of Trump's person actions (which you cannot know). The third is a presumed internal opinion of Trump (which you also cannot know).

You state your second and third sentences as fact -- which they are not. Perhaps you should take more care to express them as your opinions on Trump instead of facts. Not only because it the legally smart thing to do... but also because it makes you look like less of a dumb-ass butt-hurt lib.
