I saw that MLB.com lists Nick Raquet as the Nationals 15th best prospect. From their little blurb about Raquet:

“Raquet sat out all of 2016 after transferring to William & Mary from North Carolina, where he had appeared in just 12 games out of the bullpen as a freshman. The redshirt sophomore pitched to mixed results in his first season with The Griffin but showed enough arm strength and stuff to warrant a third-round selection by the Nationals.”
