The key is now : DON'T SCREW IT UP! As for other Elon posters (fans), there isn't a ton of us. I've run into a few on Reddit but Elon really just doesn't have the numbers. The "football culture" is a work in progress. It's come a long way but has a long way to go. I haven't even been here all that long and didn't consider the CAA forum for a while. I realize I'm mostly posting stuff most people won't read but maybe I can get a few more fans in here. Thanks for stopping by!

Well...Elon was picked to finish 2nd to last in the preseason poll. I'm excited based off the improvement. Does the current level of play mean they'll make the playoffs? Unlikely. Elon will probably come back down a bit. It is difficult to maintain their current level of success. Even if they "only" finish in the middle of the CAA I'll be thrilled. Its about improving, and that is something I think Elon can and will do.

Sagarin takes some time to catch up....SOS picks up midseason, so you should rise... and another win against a ranked team - nicely done!!

Yeah...a defensive slobber knocker so to speak. Not pretty at times...but a win is a win. Especially over a top 25 team.
