RE: Who's seat is hotter
Left Doug Martin out as he is probably safe after beating both rivals in one year

RE: Who's seat is hotter
I voted Summers due to his fan base being used to winning and is not happy and won't accept their current standing. Joey's seat has been on simmer, and the knob got turned up last night. For Hud, his time has passed, he was the hot coach, should have cashed in while he had a chance. All three could be gone after this fall.

Um the only way Joey Jones seat is hot is if he bought a butt warming massage chair after he beat Mississippi State last year

RE: Who's seat is hotter
Our AD has been very clear that we have to perform better in conference play. Coach Jones is in the last year of his contract. People around here didn't like losing to Ole Miss and OSU, much less losing to Idaho (who we should have beaten by 3 TDs).

If we don't at least make it to 5-3 in SBC and win a bowl, I don't see Joey returning in his current role next year (though he could still be around the program).

NMSU is in the process of giving him a contract extension.

South is the anti AState. Jones can win all the nonconference games his little heart desires, but if they keep going 2-6 in conference play, fans are going to eventually force a move

Similar story with Anderson in Jonesboro...just we win our conference games and lose the OOC ones.

If Jones is HC at the start of next season he would have pulled off 8 straight games. Too many people are ready for him to be gone.

Jones is 2-10 in his last 12 Sun Belt games...there needs to a noon press conference today to announce his resignation/retirement/firing (but there won't be).

I was surprised Summers had a seat on the plane back from Indiana.

Well, he did make the move most fans have wanted him to make for over a year. He fired Vincent.

Easy Tyson, no question. The proof is GS would make a trade for either of the other two coaches heads up and the other teams would not take Tyson Summers if he had a 1M check stapled to his forehead.

All three need to go...at least one of them needed to go after last season.

RE: Who's seat is hotter
If Hudspeth survives this season, it will be only because of cost involved in the buy out of his contract. If not for the money, he might have been gone at the end of last year. However, the cost of keeping him is quickly becoming more than the buy out!

His momentum has stalled.
