Maybe we need to get Kent moved up to the AAC or something, so UT can win some championships. How many times has UT come in a distant second.

Personally I would much rather UT come up that Kent...better overall department from a financial viability, competition, and fan interest level. It would be a significant upgrade in terms of competition level and revenue from Media Rights (by a factor of 10 or so without taking the next contract into account), and I think football games against the Florida schools, Cincinnati, and Houston and basketball games against UConn, Wichita State, Cincinnati, and Memphis would be huge draws.

Uh, we’re talking golf here.
No revenues, just MAC dominance the like of which the world has never seen. We get rid of Kent and the ladies are MAC Champs four of the last six years.
