No, you can't have disorder from the peanut gallery in the Senate Chamber. You're not allowed to clap, boo or cheer so why should you be able to audibly laugh, which in this case, was a political statement?

Fit, you do realize she was found guilty on the original case, right?

It was only when a higher-up judge overturned the conviction... as such, I believe the government and the DOJ believe they still have enough to have it retried (Not sure what their new case would be based on thought).

Is the entire trial a waste of time after the first conviction? I believe so.. but the DOJ must believe they've got a valid reason to do so (and Not just narcissism).
