Have you seen this man?
He is known to frequent the backs of dairy whips and catholic universities.

A.k.a. Bearcat #1, james bearcat, BC, BC1. He is wanted for arson in the 1st degree (gazebo level property damage and above) a felony in the state of oklahoma. Reportedly driving a white windowless van with free candy for g4's spray painted on the side door. Possibly traveling with a larger woman.

According to the local police suspect entered the university of tulsa's gazeebo one night in early july this year. Apparently at some point he requested a .
Things got out of hand, witnesses reported seeing the suspect fleeing the then flaming gazebo wearing only crocs.

There is a reward, please call crime stoppers if you have any information that may lead to his arrest.
