OT-Cordcutters: change in Free Hulu through Bing
So apparently on June 7th with no notice Microsoft removed hulu monthly subscription as reward. Now they have put in the alternative. Instead of getting a free month of hulu with 6800 points you now have to get 28000 points for a $25 Hulu gift card....about 3 months depending on tax where you live. So now it takes an extra 7600 points to get the new reward or about 85 extra points a day.

An alternative is to earn 5 $5 Wal-Mart gift cards which can be spend on a $25 gift card. That would cost 26250 points a savings of 1750 points.

Either way going by the maximum of 260 a day, the most you can earn in 90 days is 23400 points

So it looks like the days of free Hulu every month are over.

Are you sure the alternative will work? Some stores won't allow you to buy gift cards with gift cards.
