Not bad! Hopefully Paramount Plus will be a dedicated home for all USMNT and USWNT games in the future.

The deal with FOX/ESPN and Univision for all USMNT and USWNT expires after 2022 MLS Season

MLS pooled their TV rights with USMNT as when this deal was signed back in 2014, MLS rights weren't worth much on their own

Sling is dropping the last 3 RSNs they do carry (NBC Sports Washington, Bay Area, and California) at the end of this month.

ATSC 3.0 Anyone have info on it for OTA? Sounds like you either need a ATSC 3.0 tuner on your TV or you have to get an external box. Thoughts?

If you have a paid 24/7 account you get CBS all access for part of the subscription. I'm hoping it rolls over to Paramount+ Should know tomorrow

I don't have the CBS All Access. The only thing I would have watched on it was live football games, but I took the Reddit streams route. Maybe Paramount Plus has enough to draw me in, and if I'm being honest, it'd be the live sports, not the reruns of Big Bang Theory.

Its very early in the lifespan of this new technology.

The first markets are just now going online and while it will allow 4K broadcasts, the big networks aren't broadcasting anything in 4K yet.

If you are buying a new TV and it has ATSC 3.0, awesome, but I wouldnt spend a lot of money on it yet

If you are in a market with ATSC 3.0 and want it now, the best bet is the HD Homerun device as it is fairly affordable.

Aussie Rules is generally available on FS1/FS2/FOX Soccer Plus TV channels. However it appears that no.deal has yet been reached this season.

So your best bet is https://www.watchafl.com.au/ for $33/month

They are partnering with You Tube TV. You’ll get $10 off the service if a T-Mobile customer for at least a year.

I took off TVision from the OP.

Well that was quick. I wonder if their plans were always to cash out.

More from the fine print: After 12 months, users may need to take additional action to continue the $10/month discount on YouTube TV. YouTube TV offer is available to current T-Mobile Wireless and Home Internet service customers. Redeem by 7/31/2021. If you're currently subscribed to YouTube TV and wish to take advantage of this offer, you'll need to cancel and reactivate your subscription via the unique SMS you'll receive from T-Mobile.

Its going out at a time when its price was getting more competitive.

They made the mistake pricing it too high when the mainstream streaming services were offering a quality TV package for $45 dollars. Lost opportunity by them.

They also failed to follow packaging rules the networks have in regards to specific Channels must be in the lowest tier package.

Quote:“The Un-carrier has already changed wireless for good … and today’s news brings us one step closer to taking on Big Cable,” T-Mobile CEO John Legere said in a statement. “And with the New T-Mobile, we can do more than just offer home TV service … we can offer millions of Americans more choice and competition for TV AND home broadband. I can’t wait to begin un-cabling cable and giving millions the opportunity to cut the cord with Big Cable forever.”

Paramount Plus will let you stream all the NCAA tournament so a good resource for NCAA basketball fans (can't get TBS/Tru/TNT games though). CBS Sports Network included.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/technolog...r-BB1dLcpA

They are offering a special half off promotion, premium membership for $45 dollars.

https://www.androidheadlines.com/get-par...plus-cheap

These skinny bundles are starting to fatten up. Consumers are going to be more interested in stacking a few $5, $10, $15 dollar services together over paying $65+ for a full, cable style TV package.

For $22 dollars you can have Paramount Plus, ESPN Plus and Discovery Plus. You get most of the same content as Philo between Paramount Plus and Discovery Plus and decent sports between Paramount and ESPN.
